1.來店填寫住宿表格（請攜帶貓咪預防針注射紀錄並為貓咪驅除體內外寄生蟲）
2.Check-in 取得房號→結算費用
3.確認check-out時間
4.開心返家


相關規定
1.住宿以健康貓咪為限，健康有恙者請至相關醫療機構接受醫療照顧為宜。
住宿貓咪需檢附寵物保健預防手冊－有效日期內之預防針注射紀錄一份。
施打疫苗未滿一週者恕不接受入住

2.入住前請告知貓咪身體及皮膚健康狀況、日常特殊習性等
入住前請幫貓咪們剪指甲並要事前施用藥劑驅除體內外寄生蟲（例如 寵愛滴劑） 不限定廠牌,只要功效一樣即可,用藥前務必請詢問過您的獸醫師
入住時請出示施用藥劑證明 （藥劑空盒或是醫師證明）

3.住宿以過夜計算 例如8/1入住,8/5退房 則計算方式為5-1=4天。

4.入住時間 12：00-21：00 。晚上21：00之後恕不接受入住。
5.住宿期間若有不適，將徵詢主人意見後，代送至醫院診療，費用由主人負擔。
6.若飼主隱瞞貓咪患有疾病（如：隱藏性疾病、先天性疾病、慢性疾病，或未注射預防疫苗)，而所引發任何傷亡，本店恕將無法負責。
7.延長住宿請於原定住宿期結束前聯絡miya續住事宜,超過一週主人未聯絡視為棄養貓咪,會直接向警察機關舉報棄養動物（依據動物保護法第30條規定，棄養動物者可處 新臺幣一萬元以上五萬元以下罰鍰）（舉報後棄養事實成立貓咪將交由警察機關處置。）

9.一歲以上未節育貓咪恕無法接受住宿

1. 

For the other cats’ welfare, we can only accept reservation for ill-free cats with provision of the evidence of valid preventive inoculation record.  If your cats are ill and needs medical care 24 hours, we strongly recommend you to take your cats to vets for immediate treatment and nursing.

2.

 Prior notification before check in :

‧Health status (especially skin diseases) we need to be aware.

‧Some special habits we need to be aware.

‧Cut nails and extinguish the flea in advance.

3.

 Rate will be charged per night basis. (eg. Check in on 8/1 and check out on 8/5, then the number of night staying will be 5 - 1 = 4 nights)

4. 

Check in service is available from 12:00 to 21:30. No check out service after 21:30 as the hotel will be closed then.

5.Owner will be contacted in the event of cats’ illness during the accommodation. We can help to take your pet to see the vet during your absence if you agree to cover any costs associated with the treatment.

6. 

If the owner tries to conceal some diseases of your cat from us, which results in serious consequences, such as wound or even sudden death of your cats, we shall not take any responsibility for the accident.

7.

To extend the accommodation, please contact us priorly. However, in the invent when the owner is out of contact 7 days over the end of accommodation will be treated as abandon.  Such incident will be reported to the police. (According to the local Animal Protection Policy, the abandoner will be fined from NT$10,000 to NT$50,000 penalty). 

貼心叮嚀
為了讓生性敏感的貓咪們能放鬆心情,建議主人可以攜帶愛貓的食盆及水碗前來
食用的飼料最好能自備,或是準備好三至四天的乾乾作為更換飼料的過渡期
也可準備貓咪習慣使用的睡床或是主人的衣物,讓貓咪們有熟悉的氣味可以紓緩情緒
